Where is the upcoming Airblaster Sales meeting taking place? Tell us the location in terms of the actual spot we are holding the sales meeting, not the town.
Last week the question was where did the name Airblaster come from? The winner was Chris Girard and he takes home some goggles and a crap load of stickers. Travis Parker, Paul Miller and Jesse Grankoski came together to start a new brand. The first 3 days where spent in the basement of Travis Parker's Portland OR home brainstorming company name ideas. It involved many ideas and most are really funny but that is another story. At some point in the process both the word AIR and the word BLASTER where sketched out. Travis Parker started saying that combination of Airblaster and everyone really liked it. The word describes the sport of snowboarding very good as well as the people that participate. Thanks for the answer Chris.
Chapter 2 of the Airblaster Family Portrait introduces Airblaster rider and family member Jed Anderson. In Part 2, Jed Anderson sheds some light on what it means to snowboard for a living, and on his life outside of snowboarding. Next week we will release Chapter 3 featuring the Nick Dirks interview, so stay tuned. As a friendly reminder, during the month of November you will receive your own copy of Airblaster Family Portrait with any purchase on the Airblaster Online Store! Click HERE to visit the store!
