Timberline Getaway with the Team...

Friday, November 11, 2011

This past weekend, we took the entire team up to Timberline Lodge to shoot some photos, catch some airtime and hang out. Nick Dirks loves pizza, since it was his birthday Melissa Grandkoski made him a pizza shaped cake. Luckily it snowed and we were able to ride for a day!    Airblaster co-founder Jesse Grandkoski put together high-altitude survival kits for everyone. Nick and Brandon we were stoked on the goods and felt prepared for any situation in the outdoors. The evenings were filled with story telling, jokes and magic tricks by the fire. Travis and Jesse had a plethora of stories to tell about the early years of Airblaster.                          Jesse and Jed sat down for some doodling after dinner.  Jed showing off his artwork on the leftover pizza boxes.   Brandon, Tim, Colleen, Leanne and Nick playing a serious game of golf. It was a great time to relax and play old fashioned game in the historical Timberline Lodge!                 The final night of the meeting, the Airblaster sales force showed up. We took a family X-mas sweater photo, Jesse was trying to organize a group of 40+ people.            Nick forgot his sweater, luckily Leanne brought an extra turtleneck for him to borrow. Travis thought it was a great look for Nick!Colleen, Leanne, Airblaster designer Melissa Grandkoski and Airblaster Sales Support Manager Eva Hume looking their finest for the sweater photo. These are the ladies behind airblasterwomen.tumblr.com! Make sure to check out their blog for everything happening on the women's side of Airblaster!

Halloween is a Blast!!!

Tuesday, November 01, 2011

Halloween is definitely one of Airblaster's favorite holidays, luckily, Airblaster designer Melissa Granksoski was there to capture some of the spooky moments that happened...

Co-founder Jesse Grandkoski and rider Nick Dirks were there dressed up as a surfer and Eazy-E. I'm sure you can guess who is who...

Brandon Cocard was there with his girlfriend Diana, looks like Jesse bled all over Brandon's costume.

Mikey Leblanc and Jesse were fully in costume...         Jesse's wife and Airblaster designer Melissa Grandkoski dressed as the shark that removed Jesse's arm. The Oregon Coast is a little sharky this month, I'm think I'm more scared of Dave Banks creeping in this photo of Jesse and Melissa.

Monday Trivia

Monday, October 31, 2011

Two employees of Airblaster are Jesse and Melissa Grandkoski. What where these two this past weekend for Halloween? Tell us what their costume was in as much detail as you can and you might win!! For extra credit send us a photo of them if you have it.

Send your guess to information@myairblaster.com. If your are correct and fist you win! Please include your shipping address also to qualify as a winner.

Last week our winner was Jesse Gurley. Jesse got the question correct. The three founders of Airblaster are Travis Parker, Paul Miller and Jesse Grandkoski. The three come from Texas - Travis, Montana - Jesse and New Hampshire - Paul. Some people came very close but did not have it all correct. The bonus was to tell us what mountains these three grew up shredding. This was the trick part to the question because Travis spent his days shredding in Montana too. He moved to Montana before beginning he shred career. Both Jesse and Travis spent many years at Big Mountain in Whitefish Montana. Many got close to the guess as to what mountain Paul spent his days at and the most often guessed mountain was Loon. This is not fully correct. Yes, he spent many many days at Loon and called it his home mountain for years however Paul first learned to slide down hill sideways on his snowboard at Pats Peak in southern New Hampshire.
